Goitre Fach Honey was founded in 2019 when a dream turned into a reality

 Living on a housing estate it was never a real possibility to keep bees however when a house came up for sale locally which contained a sufficient amount of land the cogs started turning.

i purchased my first couple of hives in readiness for the following season, with the full intention of completing a starter beekeeping course the following spring.

Once the house move was complete i started a complete renovation/restoration of the house when unbeknown to me the builders had just completed a job for a big honey farmer locally.

The ears pricked up and all of a sudden i was put in contact with a multi award winning beefarmer whom took me under his wing teaching me the art of beekeeping, beefarming and queen rearing/grafting.
